When you get killed, you will respawn in a hospital depending on the location on the map where you were killed at.
Every time you are killed, you pay a treatment fee ($1,000 for each level). This means if you are at level 15 then you must pay a treatment fee of $15,000.
If you have no money, you do not pay treatment fees (because San Andreas hospitals can afford not to take money from poor people).
