We had a lot of fun playing on these severs but we stopped after they have implemented some breaking changes in new versions when they were no longer fun to play (you can&#039;t park your car wherever, you need to stop when police officer requests you to, you can&#039;t own weapons if you are not in organization, admins had become a bunch of RP sissies, if you broke any of the &amp;quot;forum written rules&amp;quot; you would be jailed in Area 51 for n minutes, etc...). They were on it&#039;s way to become standard RPG server and &amp;quot;we&amp;quot; did not like that. We felt like DM server should be about DM and not RP...&lt;br /&gt;

After that I downloaded SA:MP server package from then official SA:MP site and started working on simple edit of Cops&#039;N&#039;Gangs just to learn how to add new teams, vehicles, objects... You can imagine pain of trying to self learn SA:MP scrpting in year of 2009. only from forum posts and SA:MP official pages (without any AI...). Slowly I have started to learn how to program and how SA:MP works and later started to develop new basic features on Cops&#039;N&#039;Gangs mode (I was 14 years old at that time).&lt;br /&gt;

After all that my new experience with Pawno and SA:MP server development I had started to notice that balkan SA:MP servers had players on mostly RPG servers... Oh boy I can tell you &amp;quot;we&amp;quot; did not like that... But monkey sees monkey does...&lt;br /&gt;

I have started working on my own Sarma SA:MP RPG server that would have all the features other balkan RPG SA:MP serves had. It was not too hard because there were not a lot of features in that time. I had developed all these features but it took me over an year to implement them (all done using Dini plugin thoo). I had vision to create SA:MP server that had everything to be at least equal with other balkan SA:MP servers... But what was is my mistake after all ? I had developed RPG mode but it was in country side of the map... I was thinking I will success if I give players from balkans unique experience... But oh boy.... Balkan players had expectations to experience SA:MP RPG server that will be located mostly in Los Santos... If it is not it is doomed to failure... Only few player enjoyed new envoronment, other have soon left the server...&lt;br /&gt;

After that mistake I have moved all my SA:MP server&#039;s features to Los Santos but it didn&#039;t help... There were already a lot of other balkan RPG SA:MP servers that player&#039;s could play. Players would mostly join new servers to with idea to become admins or some sort of admins (gamemasters, gamehelpers, ...). I was willing to give none. My rules were simple: play, earn your place, help others, ... Soon I had realised it was huge mistake... Balkan players only wanted status within server to attract their friends to join because they got some &amp;quot;admin&amp;quot; status... &lt;br /&gt;

After that I acknowledged to myself: &amp;quot;long were the days gone where we balkan players would play SA:MP just to enjoy yourself&amp;quot;...&lt;br /&gt;

Only thanks to SA:MP modification that had allowed us to learn programming and software development in our young age some of &amp;quot;us&amp;quot; had been given privilage to become professional software developers today. In meantime our passion for developing SA:MP has not been declined, it had just been postponed. Now we are known as &amp;quot;full stack developers&amp;quot; that are known for developing business applications that save money and improve efficiency in real world scenarios. But now we are back - using our newly aquired knowledge to furthermore increase SA:MP community engagement with our brand new take on SA:MP known as SOE (SA:MP Online Engine).&lt;br /&gt;

SA:MP Online Engine (SOE) is engine developed for single purpose - allow SA:MP players without any knowledge of programming to develop their own SA:MP servers. By using SOE you can create your own instance of SA:MP server without writing a single line of code. Everything is avaliable to you by few clicks from our SOE web application. Every change you make from SOE web application is automatically applied to your own SA:MP server... Properties, garages, vehicles, inventories, organizations, weather, double-tripple-quadruple paydays... We have it all... &lt;br /&gt;

By joing our SA:MP server you will experience fully functional SOE envoronment but currently we have not yet released SOE engine for public use (SA:MP server and web application).&lt;br /&gt;
This is because we are still finding a lot of bugs in our freshly developer SOE engine and we are lacking staff to write documentation.&lt;br /&gt;
When we will be sure major SOE bugs are fixed and all requirements for releasing SOE were meet will release first version of SOE (SA:MP server and web application).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For now, make sure you visit this Wiki once in a while to stay untill we create  dedicated website for SOE with first publicly avaliable version of SOE.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

I had vision to create SA:MP server that had everything to be at least equal with other balkan SA:MP servers... But what was is my mistake after all ? I had developed RPG mode but it was in country side of the map... I was thinking I will success if I give players from balkans unique experience... But oh boy.... Balkan players had expectations to experience SA:MP RPG server that will be located mostly in Los Santos... If it is not it is doomed to failure... Only few player enjoyed new envoronment, other have soon left the server...&lt;br /&gt;

I had vision to create SA:MP server that had everything to be at least equal with other balkan SA:MP servers... But what was is my mistake after all ? Balkan players had expectations to experience SA:MP RPG server that will be located mostly in Los Santos... If it is not it is doomed to failure... I had vision to create SA:MP server that had everything to be at least equal with other balkan SA:MP servers... But what was is my mistake after all ? I had developed RPG mode but it was in country side of the map... I was thinking I will success if I give players from balkans unique experience... But oh boy.... Balkan players had expectations to experience SA:MP RPG server that will be located mostly in Los Santos... If it is not it is doomed to failure... Only few player enjoyed new envoronment, other have soon left the server...&lt;br /&gt;

This period marks the end of the GTA 3D era, which concluded with GTA III in 2001, allowing us to explore fresh narratives within the evolving universe. This allows us to write a community-driven story and events that are happening in 3D GTA after the year of 2001 (after GTA III). When writing new events, missions and stories, we will still follow GTA way of creating new content by mocking Americans and their way of living. I had vision to create SA:MP server that had everything to be at least equal with other balkan SA:MP servers... But what was is my mistake after all ? I had developed RPG mode but it was in country side of the map... I was thinking I will success if I give players from balkans unique experience... But oh boy.... Balkan players had expectations to experience SA:MP RPG server that will be located mostly in Los Santos... If it is not it is doomed to failure... I have started working on my own Sarma SA:MP RPG server that would have all the features other balkan RPG SA:MP serves had. It was not too hard because there were not a lot of features in that time. I had developed all these features but it took me over an year to implement them (all done using Dini plugin thoo). I had vision to create SA:MP server that had everything to be at least equal with other balkan SA:MP servers... But what was is my mistake after all ? I had developed RPG mode but it was in country side of the map... I was thinking I will success if I give players from balkans unique experience... But oh boy.... Balkan players had expectations to experience SA:MP RPG server that will be located mostly in Los Santos... If it is not it is doomed to failure... Only few player enjoyed new envoronment, other have soon left the server...&lt;br /&gt;

After that mistake I have moved all my SA:MP server&#039;s features to Los Santos but it didn&#039;t help... There were already a lot of other balkan RPG SA:MP servers that player&#039;s could play. My rules were simple: play, earn your place, help others, ... Mistake... Slowly I have started to learn how to program and how SA:MP works and later started to develop new basic features on Cops&#039;N&#039;Gangs mode (I was 14 years old at that time).&lt;br /&gt;

Slowly I have started to learn how programming and SA:MP works and started to develop new basic features to Cops&#039;N&#039;Gangs mode (I was 14 years old at that time). After that I started to work on my own SA:MP server but had noticed that balkan SA:MP servers had players on mostly RPG servers...&lt;br /&gt;

Storage system is basically inventory for properties and vehicles where players (mostly owners) can store their items in safe place.&lt;br /&gt;

Vehicles have storage that is avaliable only to vehicle owner (player or organization) or to everyone if vehicle does not have any owner and is unlocked.&lt;br /&gt;

When selling vehicle make sure you take all items from it&#039;s inventory. Anything left in vehicles inventory after sale will be considered as gift to it&#039;s new owner.&lt;br /&gt;

Properties also have storage that is avaliable only to property owner (player or organization). Same rules when selling property apply like described for selling vehicle.&lt;br /&gt;

For properties there are three types of storage:&lt;br /&gt;

* Owner storage - when property is owned by player only that player can use this storage, when property is owned by organization only organization owner can use this storage&lt;br /&gt;

* Organization storage - avaliable only in properties that are owned by organizations, only members from this organization can use this storage&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Sale point - only avaliable in properties that sell items, avaliable only to property owners (to collect cash from sales)&lt;br /&gt;
